At Prime Insurance Hub, we respect your privacy and are committed to honoring your request not to receive unwanted telemarketing calls. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy explains how we manage and honor such requests in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.

We believe that our customers should have full control over how they are contacted, and we have put strict internal procedures in place to ensure compliance with your wishes.

Your Right to Opt Out of Marketing Calls

You have the right to request that Prime Insurance Hub not contact you by telephone for marketing purposes. Once you make this request, your number will be added to our internal Do Not Call list and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you no longer receive telemarketing calls from us.

How to Request Placement on Our DNC List:

You can submit a request in any of the following ways:

  • The phone number(s) you want added to our Do Not Call list

  • A clear statement that you wish to be placed on the DNC list

Processing and Handling DNC Requests

  • Your request will be processed and honored within 30 days of receipt.

  • Once processed, your number will remain on our internal DNC list for a minimum of five (5) years, unless you request removal sooner or applicable law requires a longer duration.

  • If you change your phone number, you will need to submit a new request to ensure continued protection.

  • We will maintain detailed records of all DNC requests to ensure compliance.

National Do Not Call Registry

In addition to our internal list, you can also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This registry allows you to opt out of telemarketing calls from many other businesses as well.

Exemptions to the DNC Policy

While we honor all valid DNC requests, please note that some types of calls may still be permitted under the law, including:

  • Existing Business Relationships (EBR): If you are an existing customer or have recently inquired about our services, we may still contact you regarding that relationship.

  • Non-Marketing Calls: We may contact you for administrative, transactional, or informational purposes, such as responding to service inquiries, policy updates, billing issues, or claims assistance.

  • Express Consent: If you voluntarily provide your phone number via one of our online forms, applications, or quote requests, this may be considered express consent to contact you, including by automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages where allowed by law.

Employee Training and Compliance

Prime Insurance Hub takes compliance seriously. All employees, agents, and representatives who make telemarketing calls on behalf of our company are trained in this DNC Policy and are expected to follow all applicable telemarketing laws.

We have strict internal monitoring and auditing processes in place to prevent accidental violations.

Policy Enforcement and Reporting Violations

If you believe you have received a telemarketing call from us after requesting to be on our Do Not Call list, please notify us immediately. We will promptly investigate and take corrective action if necessary.
